Each Surprisebox is a carefully curated collection of premium products selected to delight. The exact items vary by box size and occasion, but every box is beautifully assembled in our signature black packaging with a gold ribbon — designed to make every unboxing moment truly unforgettable.

Can I add a personal message?

Absolutely! During checkout, you'll find a gift message field where you can write a personal note. We'll handwrite or print it on an elegant A6 insert card and place it inside the box. 🖤

How long does delivery take?

We deliver Australia-wide via Australia Post. Standard delivery typically takes 2–6 business days depending on your location. Express options may be available at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes! We deliver to every corner of Australia — metro, regional, and rural areas included.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

Your happiness is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, please contact us at hello@surpriseboxs.com.au within 7 days of receiving it and we'll make it right. We stand behind every box we send. 💛

Can I customise what goes inside the box?

We offer three box sizes (all prices include GST):

Yes! All prices on our website are inclusive of GST. No surprises at checkout. 🖤

Can I add gift wrapping or premium packaging?

Our boxes already come in our signature premium black packaging with a gold ribbon. You can also add our Premium Gift Box Packaging upgrade at checkout for an extra special presentation.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is fulfilled and dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.
