Refund policy

Due to the nature of our curated gift boxes, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at hello@surpriseboxs.com.au. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable goods (food, chocolates, honey, tea)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care goods
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Items must not be sent back without first contacting us. Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at hello@surpriseboxs.com.au.

European Union: EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return orders for any reason.
